Removed the birth-year item from [open questions](/open-questions), renamed her page to [`catherine-mcleod-whillas-b1921.md`](/people/catherine-mcleod-whillas-b1921), and updated all wiki links. The earlier ingestion note records that some source records gave 1920; that historical note is superseded by this correction.
