Geraldton, Western Australia
A coastal town in Western Australia; the site of the MacLeod brothers' failed farming venture.
Connection to the family
- In the early 1900s Norman MacLeod, with his brother Neil, took up land near Geraldton under the WA Homestead Act of 1893 (65 ha free if lived on for 7 years). The venture lasted only a few years, reportedly failing due to drought, and Norman returned to the UK.
