A town in the Barossa Valley where the Whillas family lived in the late 1940s.

Connection to the family

  • Dick Whillas accepted a position managing a dried fruit company (Angas Park?) here c. 1948, and the family moved to Angaston.
  • D & C bought a house here on 12 Aug 1949 (sold 6 Sep 1950).
  • Birthplace of Andrew John Whillas (20 Oct 1949).
  • From Angaston the family set off c. 1949–50 on a camping trip that ended at Bray/Robe.
